Return Policy

We guarantee unused defective merchandise for 14 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unused merchandise for a prompt refund or exchange.

*Returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them in, packaged in the original box with all original packaging and tags attached. We do not exchange or refund product(s) that were purchased from other retailers. Used products are non-refundable. deltachildren.shop has the right to refuse products that are returned to us in used condition. If returns are sent to deltachildren.shop in a used condition, they will be returned without notification.

Returns

Once you request the return label from deltachildren.shop, you should expect to receive the label within 1-2 business days. Once we receive the unused returned product(s) back, we will simply deduct a standard $9.99 plus 13% HST tax deduction fee from your refund. This $9.99 (plus 13% HST tax) covers the cost of return shipping & handling to deltachildren.shop

You can return unused items for 14 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the same condition you received them in with all hang tags attached and in the original box.

Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the item and any taxes less a $9.99 (plus 13% HST tax) return shipping & handling fee. Your credit will appear after deltachildren.shop has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure. Once your credit has been issued, you will receive an email from our billing department confirming the refund.

Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers’ records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges/ Replacements

*Exchanged goods must be in the same condition that you received them in. Used products can not be exchanged. deltachildren.shop does not exchange products purchased from other retailers.

Once we have received your item(s) we will process an exchange as long as the exchanged product is of same value as the product you are returning.

If you decide to exchange your returned product with a different product of greater or less value, we will need to provide you with a refund. However, before we process the refund, we recommend our customers to place the new order on our deltachildren.shop website. If you do not place a new order by the time we receive your exchanged item, we will deduct a standard $9.99 (plus 13% HST tax) deduction fee from your exchanged refund.
